I wannted to express to you my satisfaction of your Remax Rep., Beth Stevens.
I was recommended to her by a good friend. I had my house listed for 8
months with BKM out of Bluffton. I ended my relationship with them. Beth
came into the picture and listed my house for me with adjusting my selling
price to a lower price, because she thought that I had wasted a lot of time
with a high selling price. She listed my house on April 5th, and had an
offer on the 11th. She put together in about a day a beautiful virtual
tour. This was only the second house that she had listed in the country,
with a well, basement, etc., and there were some obstacles along the way in
general, but she was diligent, and gave us tons of advise. It was nothing
for us to talk a number of times on the phone each day, plus daily emails.
She is a constant communicator. In the meantime, she is sending me a ton of
houses to view online to purchase in FTW. I ended up finding a house in
FTW, and we closed both houses on June 8th. She even went to a final walk
through for me on the house that I bought in FTW, because I had a work
conflict. She works very hard for her client, is a very smart business
woman, and cares about nothing else on a professional basis, but the
happiness of her client. I would highly recommend her to anyone, and have
done so in the past few months.
